We're in the process of finishing our basement, and Mark made our floor visions come true! We bought our LVT flooring from Hoods, and Mark took care of the rest! He made sure the product was installed properly per specs after measuring how uneven our basement floor was, and recommended leveling first. He put in a lot of work and did an outstanding job, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend! Mark and his team are the epitome of what you would want in a flooring company.  Extremely knowledgable, professional, courteous and very reasonably priced.  Mark and his team replaced all the carpet and linoleum in my home.  As with every project, nothing ever seems to be square but yet you would have never knownm it.From start to finish, Mark was faced with challenges of angels and points and would provide recommendations and solutions to make it look cohesive and the finished product is absolutely beautiful.  I also hired them to do a small carpet installation in our basement - gave them a very small window of time that it could be done and they were so accomodating.  I can't say enough about Metro East Flooring Plus and the crew that works with Mark. We ordered carpet from Menards and were looking for someone to quickly install it. I contacted Mark and he was immediately responsive and very professional. He came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable quote, and installed the carpet as soon as we were ready for it. It looks beautiful. Highly recommend!
